Wiring Harness picture

Hi everybody,

I need some help. I have a 2018 Rogue S and I had some switchback LED turn signals installed and the idiot installers cut the wiring harness to splice in the resistors as opposed to simply using the taps that came with the resistors. I am trying to figure out if they ruined the harnesses and I have to replace them or not as the switchback function has never worked since putting them in. What I need to see is if the harness is supposed to have 2 or 3 wires running to the turn signal.
