Wiring Harness for M/T transmission

Anyone know where I can get one? I'm buying everything for the 5 spd swap but the person I'm buying it from does not have the harness.. any knowledge on where I can get one?-thanks

I'm planning to do a swap next weekend. I've been collecting parts for a very long time. The one part that I couldn't track down was a harness.

After discussing with tenkawa_akito it sounds like the harness is not necessary. You just need to manually wire a couple things and your set. I'll track down my notes and post them up..

I just did mine last weekend. I did not use the harness. I don't have backup lights but everything else works. If you are using a auto ecu then the manual transmission gear sensors do not do anything.

nope you only need it if you want back up lights

I guess you can run your own set of wires from the reverse sensor to the inhibitor plug. That should get your back up lights working...

Buy a new reverse switch from Auto Zone for $15, and wire that to the fusebox on the passenger side. Reverse lights will work just like they should.
