wiring harness dohc clip problem

so the wiring harness was fried by the previous owner and I just got another harness, everything was all the same except for one clip which was brown and to big and the old had a white one the clip is right beside the ecu in the passenger floorboard so I stripped the wires and put them in the same order one side has 9 holes and the other has seven and the lights and nothing on the interior work can some one send me a picture of what order the wires are in or what to do?
