wiring harness corrosion

So about 6 of the plugs on my harness for my red top are corroded. Should i get some corrosion cleaner, try and use the harness still, or just by another harness for $250? The plugs are bad but I can still barely see that a plug would be able to fit inside. I was also worried that if i used some corrosion cleaner that the inside of the plug would just fall apart.

First figure out what the plugs are then decide whether they are even necessary.

Alright, i figured out 3 are for the windshield washer. Im still trying to figure out the other 3, is there a site that points out what each plug on the harness is for?
