wiring harnes swapped 89 SOHC to DOHC

theres a brown one beside the ecu that hooks under the dash and the old sohc harness had a white and the brown doesnt fit we switched the wires from the brownto the white without splicing and theres still no power to the inside but the engine turns over and there are some wires missing purple, gray and redyellow I think anyone know what to do?

You swap out the coil as well? What all did you swap from your sohc.
