wiring gurus! need help s14 sr20det with "NA" code ecu

I have my engine installed and my wiring harness done by a pro. this is a 1998 kouki. my fuel pump will not cut on and im not getting spark. I have come to find out that the "NA" code ecu is the UK edition. and on this ecu some pinouts are diferent. Im wondering if anyone has a pinout for a NA ecu.

I have a new question. I contacted the company and they said they will send me a WC ecu. I need to know if the ECU plug is interchangeable with NA and WC. thanks
