so i go to wire up my motor and everything plugs up. i look at my q45 throttle body and see that my tps isnt plugged up (i still have the cut plug on there). i look for the TPS plug on my harness and its not there. i dont know if my wire guy had a brainfart or what but i cant reach him anymore because he moved. it seems as if he just didnt wire it in. so can anyone give me my options? can i take the cut pigtail thats on the q45 and somehow wire that up? i doubt i would have to get a new harness correct? if i can use the pigtail to wire it up, how would i go about doing that? i can solder. i just need to be lead in the right direction.

one more thing. can anyone show me a picture of the stock KA plug for the TPS? because i was thinking that perhaps since that plug maybe look different from the RB/Q45 plug, it might be there just not spliced with the correct plug. i think i have one or two plugs that are just hanging off the harness.

in other news. i did start my motor the other day for the first time in a year.(i didnt even think about the tps not being plugged up. i saw the grey plug thats on the tps connected to the harness and completely overlooked, the black pigtail sitting on the tps. ) anyways she started up first try and sounded strong. i need to time it.

I can't be sure about the wiring, but I am almost certain that the plugs for the RB and Q45 are the same and the wiring identical. Just a plug and play feature. Again, I have not tested this at all, but this is how I understand it at this point.

Just search for Q45 TPS wiring on a few websites and you're bound to run into something. I think racebread was actually where I found my info. Sorry my "help" sucks.

EDIT: Here. Hope this helps:http://forums.racebread.com/index.php?topic=1559.0

See what your ECU pinout is for the RB25. I made one and de-pinned the big blue connector that hooks up to my ECU and got rid of everything my car doesnt need. There should be three wires that go to your TPS and the pinout for that blue ECU plug should be in the FSM. Trace those wires up the harness as far as you can and extend it if you need too. Thats about as basic and easy as it gets.
