I'm actually planing on doing this to mine. If we have a day that breaks freezing up here I'll see what I can get done and take some pictures along the way.

Ha, I was snowboarding sunday in a storm. 10 degrees, winds gusting to 40 or so, all in all not a fun day but the snow was awesome.

splice a + wire from one of your parking lights, and wire it to a relay. Have the relay trn the fog lights on. simple in theory but can be time-consuming. correct me if i'm wrong.

Oh that's the basic idea, it's just which wire under the hood do you connect to to do it.

i spliced both the + and - wire to the parking lights... but without the relay... everytime i try to run the fogs... it seems to be draining power from the parking lights.. i upgraded the fuse, but it still does it...

Most likely the wiring can't conduct enough current. Using a relay should solve your problems.

Thats exactly how I did mine with no problems. u just gotta remember to manually turn your fogs on and off. It looks a lot better with HID's in the fogs also.
