At least that's one thing I'll have you on. My tires are still going to be wider.

Hmmm yea you got me beat the sectional width on the 315's are 12.4 inches.

Time i guess to step up to 335's that will put me 13.5 inches then i win.

Increasing tyre width to excessive sizes may look cool and improve grip in a straight line, but under camber changes (i.e. cornering) you end up with a smaller contact patch than you would with a more sensibly sized tyre.

It's usually fine for the rear... tho you may find your rear end less predictable and oversteer is less progressive than before, changing to more snap-oversteer style... but it's crucial that you don't run oversized tyres on the front.

You'll love the 615's. I ran 275's on my Evo for a season of Autocross, they were fun, progressive at the limit, lots of grip, and took at lot of abuse. They do, however, overhear easily and I wouldn't take them on a road course because of that...

Got most of the wide body done

Just need to align some of the panels

FYI origin front fenders = fail

The passenger side went on smoothly 1 hour The driverside fender took 4.5 hours to get right

The rears are really close though very little work involved imo

it was a sultry 85 degrees today here in miami, but tomorow it will dip into a year low of 40 degrees for a couple days, it gets old after a while.

Mate,Your going to regret cutting that arch off SO much in the months/weeks to follow - every time you blow up a rear tyre, it's going to take that flexy weak frp arch with it. This is all providing that you are going to drift the car at some point (as i have seen in your previous threads and photo's.

voice of experience here. My friend Phil's S14 did this all the time before he tubbed the arches.

the car is not really for anything, lol when i do drift i dont go out and try to be hardcore and blow tires, im pretty conservative with the car as i dont want to crash it haha

anyway

I took a different approach on the passener side as the inner wheel house was so drasticly different from the drivers side i was able to reuse alot of the metal savin me a lot of time, anyway heres the pics.

The wheels and tires make that car. Put on some different ones and it would look like ***. lol

And I would rather it get "old" than "cold".
