Okay here is the rundown. I was working on the 240 yesterday. Putting in the new dash and just basically putting my intrerior back together. Well sometimes my cvluster lights stay on as if the key was in the on position but not cranked ( I am thinking maybe because the starter is hard wired to the ingition plug under the steering wheel...I dont know). Anyway I didnt realize it and left it like that for a few hours. SO, I go to move my car yesterday and...nothing. Radio plays though. I just say **** it and quit thinking about it, I was getting pissed. So today I get a freind to jump me.....nothing. I am thinking maybe the wire on the starter came off, but it is still connected. I disconnect it and try to start it manually with a butter knife and a sweater....LOL dotn ask. I get spark but nothing. Anyway I let the battery sit with my friends car on, he revved it a bit before we went inside. 10 min later try to crank it....nothing. So I pull up my Altima and switch batteries...BOOM cranks right up. Now here is the weird part. I switch back batteries, but leave my windows down. We have a fly problem and flys like to chase each other trying to get some *** in my car...LOL For ****s and giggles I try to crank the car with the old battery to let the windows up and it ****ing cranks....WTF!!!!! My question after I just typed a novel is, could enough "juice" have still been in the wiring for the wires to be able to get enough juice to use the old battery. That **** freaked me out big time

If it was fried, the other battery wouldnt have worked because it would get no power to it. I cant figure it out. Not too worried...it holds a charge now. IA mg oing to start it at lunch time and see.
