Wiring a sub amp. Remote wire?

I basically have most of the stuff wired up for my system with the exception of splicing the harness and connecting the remote wire. Just wanted to double check on which wire it is. I have an s14 with a song xplod cdx-gt350mp and couldn't find what I was looking for on google. From what I understand most of the time it is the blue/white wire but just want someone to confirm this before I go tearing into my radio harness.

Your remote wire can be spliced in to any switched 12v wire in the harness. On your s14 it should be a blue wire. Easy way to check: use a test light to check the blue wire in your harness. If it does not light up when the key is off but does when the key is on, thats the wire you want.

Good idea ^^. I didn't have to do that though. Just tried the blue and it worked. System sounds kickass
