Wiring 2-way fm alarm

I recently bought an alarm and got everything but the unlock/lock to work.I got a relay, diode, and got the wires that unlock and lock the doors.If I ground the orange/black doors lock if I ground orange/blue it unlocks.My alarm has wires as follows:

-yellow unlock #87a normal open-White unlock #30 compatible-orange unlock #87 normal close-yellow black lock #87a normal open-white black unlock #30 compatible-orange black lock #87 normal close

I don't understand what one is main power to lock and unlock.

I got the relay and looked on 12volts website but it has no grounding on the wiring?I'm suppose to ground the relay but where how?

I'm so frustrated right now that this thing won't work ugh.Thanks someone help please.Sorry is grammar sucks.
