wires from steering column

i own a 1992 240sx super hicas and when i was looking around the car i found disconnected wires sticking out from the steering column. i'm not sure if it is the hicas sensor or anything and i was wonder if anyone knows what they are for.

Iono, that looks like user made to me... pop the under-dash out and see where it leads, doesn't look factory.

Thats definitely something the previous owner did. He took out whatever it was for, so trace the wires and get rid of them.
