Car: 1992 nissan 240sx

This is weird, my gauge cluster fuse keeps blowing everytime I try to turn it on.

Also my windshield wipers stop working but the fuse is still good.

Heeeeeeeeeelp me PLEEEEEEESE(Somebody)
