wireing harness tips please

well everyhting is up and running again and now i wanna clean things up. my wiring harness is a mess with wires everywhere, anyone have any good tips to help me cleaan stuff up and make it nice and neat and looking oem

thats awsome, how are you gonna go about making the harness? I've never really heard of a "custom" harness?

It's quite simple. Come spring time once I'm done planning, etc., I'll be stripping the interior of the car, wires and all. I'll then be installing a new wiring harness for both the engine AND the body.

For my engine, I only need about 25 wires or so since I'm running an AEM and dont have a few features (no A/C, no MAF, etc...). The stock engine harness fwiw is about 65-70 wires. I'll also probably be redo-ing the body harness, moving all the fuse/relay boxes to the trunk, etc...

thats pretty cool, i'm jsut sick of seeing the mess of wires in my engine bay, everything is taped up now but i still think it looks kinda ratty and i'm jsut trying to hide everything and make it look nice and oem. ya know
