wire identification

Hey I was going through my harnees and seeing if someone knew where the Blue/red wire that is spliced into the black/red near the battery went.. I have it spliced in but its loose and doesnt go anywhere on the rest of the harness..

main ignition power

ecu power is black with a white stripe, ecu backup power is red
