wire harness in wheel well.

In the driver-side front wheel well on my 98 i30, there is a rather large wire harness that runs through the top of it. I recently bought coil overs and want to lower the car a lot, but the harness keeps my from going very low. Does anyone know how to relocate that harness or run it differently so I can go lower?
