I'm picking up my Versa 1.8S on monday and have already researched replacing the stereo. I spoke with a rep from Crutchfield, and they have a dashboard fit kit for the versa, but the harness is not available yet. so if you want to install a new stereo now, you'll have to splice wires. not a big deal, even if you've never done it before. i'm upgrading the whole system right away.
as an aside, crutchfield is BY FAR AND AWAY the BEST place to buy a car stereo. free fit kits, extremely specific install diagrams, lifetime tech support, etc. they really make it easy to buy a stereo. i've installed two stereos with speakers in two separate cars now and it's super easy.
