It's the factery wires that are still in the car I need to know what color wire goes to what speaker. I'm keeping all factory wires in the doors and in the rear. So I'm trying to figure out (for example: green/white stripe postive front left, green/blue stripe negative front left and so on......)

Your profile says 94Q, but you're asking about a '93? Just curious because the FSM (factory service manual) is available for download for the '94+ at http://www.phatg20.net, and that will tell you the color codes.

Good luck!

Oh, and if you need color codes for a '93, I think I would just look at each speaker and write down the color codes. Each speaker on the Q has a separate amplifier and is fed by four wires. Two wires for B+/Ground for the amp, and then audio +/-

You should be able to rule out the amplifier power by checking them with a volt meter, and I suspect they're the same color on each speaker/amp assembly. The audio wires should be a different color at each speaker... and the color codes should correspond with colors on the head unit harness.

Good luck!
