Front driver speaker - blue/white is positive and blue/yellow is groundFront passenger speaker - brown is positive and brown/white is groundRear driver speaker - red is power and green is groundRear passenger speaker - blue is positive and pink is groundThe constant 12 volt and remote 12 volt you find by turning the car on and off and using a test lamp to find those.

In general, the always hot wire in cars is almost always yellow, and the hot on ignition is almost always red. I'd always check just to be sure, but this is a pretty much universal scheme.

My bad scruf, what a day of redoing all the stereo wiring in my car will do to ya. :-) Moron had cut the car's harness out when he had his system in, and then just twisted the wires of the factory harness back together, with electrical tape as the only insulation . . . needless to say, that was quickly remedied with soldering and shrink wrap. :-) And yes, harnesses for 240's are easy to come by and are very useful, unless you have a reason for hardwiring it, like if the guy had cut the harness before.
