wipers do not work

Ok...My wipers used to work about 2 months ago. It is raining today so I go to use them and they don't work. I checked the fuse (in the fuse box inside the car) the one that says wiper washer and it was not blown. I looked at the two other fuse boxes in the engine compartment but could not find anything. Any suggestions?

where is the wiper relay/ motor ?

should be in the engine bay against the firewall i think.
