wiper switch removal

Hi . I am a new member and new 1600 roadster owner. The wipers are not working and I am trying to fix them.
The fuse is ok and 12v coming in. I want to check the switch, how do you get it out? And where is the motor? Thank you in advance. SHANKAMOTO.

Just to let you know , the wiper motor is located under the dash, mounted to the heater. Remove the dash and you can get to everything . shankamoto
