wiper relay?

Hey guys my windshield wipers stopped working so I went out and got a new wiper motor thinking this was the problem but they still won't work. The switch next to the steering column is about $70 so I was wondering if anyone can help me confirm what might be the problem. I'm trying to find where if at all the wiper relay is? I looked in the nissan factory service manual but i'm unable to figure it out...all i find is---->240SXAmplifierFront .................. Location Not Available From ManufacturerRear .......................................... Center Rear PanelTime Control Unit ........................... Left Side Kick Panel

can anyone help me out? my safety inspection is due next month so i'm trying to get it going before then. thanks guys
