I know there aren't any "magical" wipers, but what are you guys favorite? The ones they put on my car at the dealer don't do a very good job. I have heard people talk about those wipers that are made by Rain-X that acually put some of the product on your windshield. Any suggestions??

Consumer Reports rates them in this order....
Valeo 600 series
RainX Latitude
Anco 31 series
Michelin RainForce
Anco Contour
Valeo 900 Series
PIAA Super Silicone
Bosch Icon
RainX Weatherbeater
Trico Exact Fit

I think I also have the Bosch Icon's on both G's and RainX on my kids cars....I'm also good with Bosch. Used to use only Anco, but got a set from Walmart that were trash and replaced them after the first rain...

Rain X Latitudes on my coupe, Bosch Icons on my Maxima.
As you can see, the coupe gets the good stuff. Only had them fo about three months but, I absolutely love them. I think no matter what kind you get, you'll ave to replace them in a couple of years.

Strange I thought the Icons were better than the RainX, but I havent tried the RainX yet.

Another good low cost alternative are the Goodyear beam-types at Costco. They dont look as sleek and fancy as the others, but they are only 7.99 each (provided you have a Costco membership)
