I'm puzzle by my intermittent wiper pump problem which I have posted previously. The problem is again the intermittent wiper did move when I drag on the control stalk but the pump do not turn ON(no sound is heard). I can hear the wiper relay click ON and the intermittent wiper start to move. I have disconnect off the wiper pump motor and connect it directly to a 12V DC power supply and the pump do turn ON and register about 1 ampere of current flow through. When I used a jumper wire and jump over the wiper relay, the intermittent wiper did move but again the pump did not turn ON. I wonder is there any other relay or sensor that is controlling the pump? Can some body please help me.

Bad connection at the switch or a bad switch.
