Wiper issues

My s13 is having wiper issues.. the intermittent wiper setting doesn't work, I can hear my relay click on, but the wiper motor does nothing. all the other ones work fine, but when I turn it off my wipers stop dead, they don't return to park

Also, my sprayer doesn't work at all. I just hear the relay click and then click off (to wipe the spray off)

I figure that my wiper sprayer motor is shot, but I can't figure out why the intermittent setting doesn't work?

I thought it was just the relay but I swapped it out and still the same.

Help?

Sounds like the little control box went bad. Same thing is wrong with my S14. Im just to lazy to replace it.

which control box you mean? the green one by the clutch master in the engine bay? or the one on the steering column

Bump i got the exact same problem with my s13. assassin what box do you mean?

does your sprayer work? I suspected the stalk was bad at first, but I can hear the relay clicking in the control unit in the engine bay. Its a green box bolted to the engine bay right near the clutch master cylinder.

I also have this same problem, wipers only work on second and up setting, no intermittent and they dont return back to "park", if someone has any idea...
