My right washer nozzle squirts right over my window. How do I adjust it?

Mine do the same every once in a while. I've found that just taking a straight pin and gently reaming out each of the nozzles usually solves the problems. I just did it a couple of weeks ago and they're shooting straight now.

And if cleaning (gently!) with a pin is not enough, you can use the same pin to gently move the nozzles them around a bit to point in different directions.

Has anyone replaced the nozzles with ones with more of a fan pattern rather than the three streams?

When my nozzles were acting up, I thought about replacing them with a different nozzle more like other cars. Then I heard they might just be clogged. After I cleaned and adjusted them slightly with a straight pin each side hits a low spot, a middle spot, and a higher spot on the windscreen. I think that's the best design.

Thanks. That's cool, I never thought infiniti would be bright enough to actually leave something fully in your control lol. I'll try adjusting the nozzles when I get a chance. For the ones who have adjusted them, how often do you find you needing to come back and readjust?

Not often ... in the 11 years I have had my M45, I think I have adjusted them around four or five times maybe ...

In my case, I have them set for center one high (near the top of the wiper arc) and side two are low. Seems to work well for me, particularly if I give a quick pull-release that does not actually activate the wipers. That way, I get lots of fluid onto the windshield before I start the wiping action.

Cleaning the nozzles is more often though - that happens about once or twice a year during rainy season in particular. Very gently to avoid moving them.
