1. I'd check with an auto glass place. If they don't do it, they might know who does.

2. Depends on how long it's been. Get all your fluids checked, check out the plugs maybe, just basic maintenance stuff at least.

2. There is a major service due at 120k miles, which includes all belts/pullies/tensioners/main seal among other things. If it's not, you're pushing your luck. If you need it done, I hope you have some cash saved. It's not cheap.

I usually check tirerack.com, but local places might charge more for mounting and balancing if you just bring them tires, so I'd check local if I were you.

Rust is like cancer. Paint will cover it for now, but it will eventually just bubble the paint, and you'll end up with more rust underneath the paint than you think. So what you need to do is go to a body shop, have them sand out all the rust, fill it, and paint it. I need this done along the doors/rocker area, and I was quoted at $350 for one side of the car at a local shop. Check around for that stuff too.

Look at the metal plate at the front edge under the hood and see if it states the mileage of the Timing belt change. If your on the original 93 T belt its a time bomb waiting to thrash your engine.

Oh yeah, for tuning up, there's probably more you can do. If your throttle bodies are dirty, clean them. I've heard of it making hesitation stop. Same with cleaning the MAF sensor. Maybe run some Seafoam through it, it's worked wonders for plenty of people.
