Zozo - This winter has been a bear! Prior to having my 2007 G35X, I had a 2005 G35X. When I put the snow button in the on position on the 2005, it became a whole different car. When you stepped on the accelerator, it was like the throttle was on "Ludes" you'd get a delayed action and a very graduated acceleration even if you mashed the throttle. I cannot feel any difference on the 2007 whether the snow button is on or off. Do you notice any difference in the car when you turn the snow button on?

lol! I feel for you guys! I used to live in upstate NY! Now, a harsh winter in GA is just cold temps for a few days in a row.

Be careful in the white stuff!

I don't usually use snow button but when I used it not much of a difference.

Try this turn your snow on and turn VDC off. Oh yeah it is a fun combo. It lets you start the car just a bit wilder than the snow on and VDC on. But watch for the corners. LOL

I went in the deepest snow before xmas we had like a foot snow in a ay and had no problem to start the car up without the snow on. I even try to go backward to see if that makes any different. Became FWD car LOL. No problem to start that way either.

It calls for anoher 7-9 inch of snow today till tomorrow morning. I will be out tomorrow too.

Joe,

I know it is hard to believe but I love this weather. I would not move anywhere from here. Only thing I hate is the nasty/dirty car 60% of the time. Like today it should be good since the snow does not make it to dirty the next few days after the snow kills me. I love when it snows heavey for a day and than a week off. That is perfect for me.

I sure be carefull. Respect the snow and it will respect you.

Nice pictures.

Drove to work in a snow storm this morning in New Jersey. Only about 6" before it turned to rain. I should have taken pictures but it was dark and snowing heavy. The drive was fun with very few cars on the road at 4 AM. Love driving the stick in snow.

zozo, your pics make me wish I was smart and bought an X or wish they had the X coupe in 06. Instead I was impulsive and bought my coupe. I guess I'm starting to go through withdrawal now. Can't wait for spring.

Zozo!! These pics REALLY make that itch I have for a X REALLY bad! Miss having a 4x4. Had one in the drive since 1988 until a few years ago.

Zozo you should put in to be the next commercial for the December events...looks so natural!

I still maintain there is not much difference between the way my lifted Jeep and G35X handle in the snow-the X has always been worth the little bit extra I paid for it.

I agree. One of my guy drives a lifted grand cherokee. Only thing is better with that when he climbs snow banks. He is crazy. 15 feet high snow bank he goes up all the way and he eats his lunch there. He keeps telling c'mon get up here with that super car you get. LOL

So when we go on a highway I roll down the window and tell him c'mon catch me if you can and floor it.

Rich you really should trade your sedan for an X. The deals are great on the 08's or the 07's.

How is your daughter doing in school? I haven't heard anything from you lately. Got any pictures of your dogs. The little one isn't as little anymore ha. We should start another dog thread to see how our dogs doing.

Smockey, Our decisions not always the best. There are good things with the bad decisions. You can learn from it. X coupe would be sexy. I still have to go to the dealer and grab one for a test before the snow goes away. I still have few months. LOL

I love heavy snowfalls people are affraid and they stay away from the road. I also like to go shopping that time. Since there are not many people in the stores.

Snap some pictures or tape it. I'd love to see that. Parking lots are fun places. As long there are no hidden curbs are under the snow. LOL I never go to the unknown parking lot. I've seen a guy with an STI doing donuts and hit the curb under the snow. It wasn't fun anymore.
