Winter Wheel Advice

So I'm now looking for winter wheels and tires for my car. I found some pretty legit looking ones for a 350 already mounted and balanced. What do you guys think about these wheels/ tires? (Considering I come from AZ, I have no knowledge about winter stuff for my ride.)

p.s. the tires have about 90% tread left and apparently the guy said that the wheels arent staggered...

I think whatever wheels I do get, I want to plastidip them bright red... what do you guys think about that??? haha
