Winter tires and rims...

Does anyone run them? I've got a 2010 SE-R... I'm looking at downsizing to a 16" rim. I was going to run 205/55R16 on 16" steel wheels... Taller, narrower tire, better for winter. Do 16"s fit though? 15"s would be better, but I don't think they'd clear the brakes...

Not 100% sure but 16" steelies should work.

That should work just fine. I have stock 17" wheels on my GTI. For winter mode I went with a 16" steelies on thicker Blizzak rubber. It handled beautifully.
