Well I haven't been active in the car scenes/ shows this year. Only the peeps that know me knows whats happened in the past year. But next year will be different I hope. The car will be going into the shop to get the front fascia redone as well as the rear bumper. New headlights and wheels will be in order as well as other a few new things. Can't wait to get started on this project! :woot: :woot:

What's up with the fascia? Something to do with the flood?

Agreed. They looked a little pink last I saw them.

Whats going on with the headlights? New paint or whole new set-up?

Headlights are fine. I was going to redo them in a different way. I'm still keeping the same color scheme just touching up the front end and rear end.

Do they look like ebay ones :lolling: That's gotta be the funniest thing I've heard all day! No they do not look like ebay ones. When I retro a light, I retro light :chuckle:

These are my lights, let me know if they look like something you'd find on ebay... :dblthumb:

Obviously, they will not look like mine, They'll more or less look like this except the housing will be matte black and not carbon fiber...

If only I had the cash D, if only I had the cash.

A couple guys have guinea pigged the eBay set and after a little adjustment they dont look all that terrible. Im actually considering buying them just to hold me over until I can afford a full Dangeris retro. I'll also then have a set of lights to use when I ship my OEM set off to the master! Use the eBay set for a couple months, sell it right back off to someone else. Sounding like a more and more tempting plan the more I think about it.

The ebays one are cheaply made and will not withstand high temps of HIDs since they are made specifically for halogens. HID 35W burn a lot hotter than a halogen 35W. It's just a matter of time before the reflective material in the projector bowl burns off and start to flake... Guaran - Damn - Tee'd :rotfl

D, do you have different rates for the 3.5's? Most eBay's don't work, they say, without an adapter for a car with stock Xenons.

Yeah..the projectors are typically more expensive since us guys that have the OEM Xenons use D2S bulbs. This is due to the projector's shapes and length. The cuttoff is also different on a HID compared to a halogen. Price wise it's typically $100.00 more... I have a set of OEM Xenon headlights with the ballast now that's cracked open. If you're interested we can do a core exchange in which you I retro the lights to your specs. You pay for that, the set of lights (core charge) and shipping of course. I refund you the core charge one I recieve your lights back but they need to be in great shape...
