winter kind of storing

So ive got two cars and my garage is used as a storage room.
my first car and 03 accord is driven almost everyday in winter here in canada GTA.

my other car the rogue is rarely to almost not driven at all during winter. and is sitting outside. i did have the engine oil and filter replace almost at the start of winter.

so my question is... is it okay for it to be sitting outside in the cold? and dont get me wrong i do drive it around properly once in a while but iam just worried.

So you have an AWD SUV that you don't use in the snow?

Anyway, it should be fine as long as you start it up and let it run a bit every week or two, also be sure to drive it around the block as well to keep the wheels from sitting in the same position too long or the rubber will get a flat spot.

P.S. the fuel may go bad sitting in the tank so long.
