I just ordered some of this concentrated Nissan blue long-life coolant, to lower the freezing point to past -45C. I want 60/40 mix, not the original factory 50/50 premix. That ought to keep it from freezing, way up north. Cuz I have no block heater (yet). Anybody here use this stuff? Northern Canadians, perhaps?

Any suggestions on how to burp the engine? The FSM (CO.pdf) says there's an air release thingy near the firewall somewhere around the master cylinder, and another between the radiator & air-intake filter. How do you use it? Does it pop open suddenly, or gradually? Any gotchas I should learn before I do this? Concentrate label says drain 20% (about 2.5 qt) of the 50/50 mix, then refill with pure concentrated coolant to wind up with a 60/40 mix. Here's a handy graph of freezing point vs. mixture percentages: http://www.carid.com/articles/antifreeze-explained.html
I still gotta change the summer windshield washer fluid for winterized -45C stuff. I must have a jug of it somewhere? Thankfully, this is a quickie fix.
The dealership recently changed the oil, and I hope whatever they added is suitable for cold temperatures. What do you Canadians use?
I still don't have a block heater yet, but perhaps a Wolverine oil pan heater would fit? It seems finding an OEM block heater in USA is like finding a unicorn, and 3+ hrs labor installation is rather pricey.
