As for exhaust, etc...i already have the Apexi N1 w/3in piping/downpipe, etc.I also already have the JWT ECU...i know that all i have to do is reprogram it for these things:

Basically, the question is with all this that is listed....and for pushign approx 20 psi (i really don't know the boost level yet), will my rods/pistons/rings support it?? or will i have to buy all new internals? i mean, the sr is "bulletproof". but u know how that goes....

Its down to tunning the engine. You can get all the parts you want and still blow the engine without proper tunning.
