Hi there I live up where we get snow in the winter time. So I don't want to drive my 240SX. I bought an 1986 pulsar for the winter. Problem is it needs a ring job. Now I can get help from some of my friends that have done it before but they really don't have the time. My question is how hard is it? I know that you have to drop the oil pan. Take the head off, but is there more to it than that. Can it be done it one day or what. Thanks JessePS What else is there to know?

it sure isnt a 1 day job, but i think thats all you'll need to do for it. removing the head is almost a week long project, assuming you have a job of course.

congrats on the beater, maybe we can meet up here in the great white and roll sometime. i can show you my fine a$$ 88 honda accord..... its a winter beater, but of course.

Yeh it gets to risky on the roads in edmonton. I don't trust the other people not to slam into my car. Plus I don't want the leather to crack anymore than it has already.
