Winshield wiper conundrum

Ok - I've replaced the windshield wiper motor, the blue wiper relay next to the motor and the gray wiper amplifier next to the blue relay.

Every time I turn the wipers on, the 20A wiper fuse blows.

Given my electrical experience, I know that the power lead is grounded somewhere - any clues to where a common place for wear might be? My only comment at this point is - THANK GOD FOR RAIN X!
