Wingroad/Tiida Intake for use in NA Versa?

As I was browsing through youtube I found this vid.

It is an intake obviously, however it serves the cold air function without running it near the bottom. The engine bay looks exactly like the Versa and the funnel sits directly above the pressure cap, which you can see through the vent cutout at the bottom.

Anyone have more information on this? Searching on google was fruitless so far.
