WINGED WARRIOR CAR SHOW

hi guys/gals,

MAY 7 starting at 9am. How many track hours depends on how many are there. there will be the car show at 10:00 am on/ DJ ***** bbq catered food, at the airport. there will be some pre-inspection of the cars, ie : lugnuts, brakes etc.want fun NO INJURIES.

EVENT 1: 0-100-0 MPH all cars who want to do this will have a chance. there will be a car in the distance facing the car who is doing the run. once the driver is given the signal to go, the timer starts. when the radar gun sees 100MPH the distant car will flash on the headlight. time to brake!!!! each driver gets 2 attempts, lowest time is recorded. the radar gun is needed as people with larger rims, wont know when to stop(MPH GAuGE OFF). INDIVIDUAL LOWEST TIME: TROPHY

EVENT 2: SLALOM: cones set in strait line, go down track and back for timed run. Can do this twice also, lowest time recorded INDIVIDUAL LOWEST TIME: TROPHY

EVENT 3: course set up via cones, to be determined layout. each person (ALONE ON TRACK) gets 2 warm up laps to warm tires and clutch. Then a balls-out flying start 8 laped timed run. the total of the 8 lap times are recorded. INDIVIDUAL LOWEST TIME: TROPHY. these classes are for IMPORT AND AMERICAN MUSCLE. ie 2 trophies for each EVENT American and import.

The overall LOWEST time for the 3 events is Crowned the "winged warrior speed challenge champion" the winner gets a large trophy and 250.00 cash. again an import and an american car champion will be crowned.what i have to figure out is how to sub-class this to make it fair. ie: 4cyl/6cyl/Turbo/non turbo etc.

of course there are trophies for other classes, last year 19 trophies were handed out, along with prizes. please email me on how many are comming and typees of cars.

We can get bleachers out on the runway for friends and family, or they can hang out by the car-show........no.they will be watching us race probably.

all donations/proceeds are going to Reileys hospital for children....of course a great cause!!!!!!!

DIRECTIONS: The show is in Mt. Comfort. east of indy. on the map find I465 and I70 on the east side of indy. drive east on I70 toward ohio and get off the mt. comfort exit, drive north. the show is 5 miles north of I70 on Mt. comfort road. the airport is 1-2 miles north of I70. it looks like you might spend one of the birthdays down here! I'll have the cake ready!
