Mid 80's Ranger part numbers:

Right - E7TZ1021448A

Left - E7TZ1021449A

Good luck finding them Ford decided to make them obsolete in 1998. I'm looking at a used set. :X

from what I understand you will have to do a little trim work but I measured the glass and trim and it's a close fit. I just bought a used set and glass on ebay and will give you a first hand account when it gets here. Ken

Did you get a chance to compare the seals and install them?

Get out the exacto knife and be very patient!!!!!!!!!!!! It will work. Helps also to get a can of liquid vinyl. If  anyone has any ideas email them to me [email protected]. I'll be happy to do the leg work. Ken

We could not make it work the end is not wide enough to hold it in and it is about 1/2 inch too small, we might have been able to strech it enough if it would hold in the grove.

Once I get the front turn signal lens done my next task will be to see if we can find a small rubber fabricator to make parts for us. Until then we'll have to improvise. I will need good donors to do it. I think the ranger rubbers with a lot of glue, a heat gun and clamps they should work. Nick sorry you couldn't make the mazda's work. That's one we can chalk up to tried but didn't work. I know there are rubbers being made for the 50's and 60's Chevy and Ford trucks, I'll start with them. Since there were matches on motor parts with MG's I have to wonder if wing vent rubbers from the early 60's would work. I will keep searching. Stephen, do you have any ideas?
