Wing holes

Hey guys im wondering if anyone can clear this up for me... I took of the handle/wing on my vert and it revieled these holes. I assume that the ones with the inserts are factory because there are no holes on the other side of the trunk for those inserts, just wanting some conformation.

the four holes that line up together, on the outer most edge of the trunk(with the plastic inserts) are factory. the two other holes where drilled in to hold that huge wing, you had on.

OK cool just wanted to make sure... now i guess i can eaither pull those inserts or find a wing!
