Windshield wipers.....SR related

Ok well I have just recently had the pleasure of driving my car again. To jog your memory it is a 97 240 with a red-top installed by Afterdark tuning. Because I have just been able to drive it again, I had forgotten about some of its quirks such as the windshield wipers. The windshield wipers seem to have a mind of their own and will turn on whenever they please. When this happens I cannot turn them off through conventional means. I can only assume that the windshield wipers are some how related to the installation of the redtop. If anyone has any ideas on how to thwart the automatic wipers I would love to hear them. Thanks.

I don't see how it would be related to the SR install. I know my s13 has some weird electrical issues. Try changing out the stak or just taking it apart and cleaning the contacts.
