Windshield wiper won't turn off...

Well, last night I insalled a digital cluster unit I picked up from the junkyard.

Now this is where my problems started to begin. After installing it, my windshield wipers won't turn off. And on top of that, my cluster goes out whenever I step on the brake and I have pull the windisheild wiper switch down to "fast" for it to come back on. Anyone have a clue whats going on? Bad ground somewhere, fuse? ??? Any input would greatly be appreciated
