Never use Windex on car windows, well in general, I do not like Windex, as it leaves windows streaky, and it is well known to sratch glass. Personally I love Invisible Glass Window Cleaner.Ever Victorious wrote:Anything is possible with enough money. The Sedan was not designed with that in mind, so it will have to be a custom one-off job. The hatch's wiper will not fit... both the contour and size of the rear windows are significantly different.
Cheap solution: carry a roll of paper towels and a bottle of windex in your trunk.
Agreed. Get some Invisible Glass or some Armor All Glass Cleaner, they are free of amonia which is good in general, but great if your windows are tinted. I'd carry a couple of microfibers around instead of paper towels, they are much more efficient and lint free.Clipsed wrote:Never use Windex on car windows, well in general, I do not like Windex, as it leaves windows streaky, and it is well known to sratch glass. Heck yeah, Invisible Glass rocks! I used to get so frustrated with streaky windows on my cars, especially the inside of the windshield, but using Invisible Glass + microfiber towels really does a great job. My windshield looks, well, invisible now (that is when I can keep the outside clean for an extended period of time, too).Clipsed wrote:Never use Windex on car windows, well in general, I do not like Windex, as it leaves windows streaky, and it is well known to sratch glass.
