windshield wiper help?!?!

So a while back the delay or intermitten wipers on my s13 stoped working. The slow and Fast speeds work perfectly fine but I cant get the delay to work at all. I don't know anything about wiring other wise I would totally try and figure it out myself like other things but I honestly don't even know were to begin on this. I don't know if an easy fix or not? Please help and yes I have searched. Thanks in advance!

Get a new wiper switch, it failed. Only have to take out about six screws to replace it.
