Windshield wiper fluid tank installation

Im trying to install the windshield wiper fluid tank that is located under the right headlight. Anyone has do it yourself instructions for this? I looked in Infiniti's Technical Articles page and didnt see it? Also, I'm trying to figure out a way to connect the black plastic hose to the other end that is mounted to the end where you fill the wiper fluid. What can I use to connect the two ends that are broken then seal it to be water tight to prevent future leaks?
