My windshield wipers won't squirt!!!

Not sure what happened. They were working ok last week. Then yesterday I try to get some dust off of my car and nothing.

A few more tries yield a little dribble from one of the nozzles, but no spray.

Info:

It doesn't freeze here.

I just recently filled up the resevoir. The light would flash on occasionally on acceleration, so I knew it was getting low.

Only changes since it worked last:

More fluid (no windex, prestone bug wash fluid)

Oil catch can was relocated to below radiator resevoir with more durable lines.

Could have one of two things going on. First, you should take a VERY SMALL stright pin and clear the nozzel jets, and see if it squirts. Second, if still nothing, listen for the motor to run. Then check the lines for leakage.

Ok 3 thing. If 1 and 2 don't work. remove the hose from the pump motor, and from the nozzle's. The take compressed air and back purge the lines.

Number 1 fixed it! Thanks!!!

I was unsure of how to reposition and clear the jets, but your suggestion was perfect. I got a pin and stuck it in the jet, then swiveled it around with the hopes of dislodging any crustys.

I still have one small problem, but I'll need a helper to figure it out. I think one of the stationary jets squirts over my hood on the return stroke. I poked the pin in there to clear it, but I'm not exactly sure which one it is. I adjusted all of the moveable ones and none of them are the culprit.

Thanks again Jerry!
