Ok 3 thing. If 1 and 2 don't work. remove the hose from the pump motor,and from the nozzle's. The take compressed air and back purge the lines.

I was unsure of how to reposition and clear the jets, but your suggestion was perfect. I got a pin and stuck it in the jet, then swiveled it around with the hopes of dislodging any crustys.
I still have one small problem, but I'll need a helper to figure it out. I think one of the stationary jets squirts over my hood on the return stroke. I poked the pin in there to clear it, but I'm not exactly sure which one it is. I adjusted all of the moveable ones and none of them are the culprit.
