how do you get access to the wind shield wiper trans and also how do you remove windshild wiper arms on a 2000 q45 also

i have done that already and it seems that that parts of the manual is missing-it just shows the wiring and cleaning of pivots for the reistallation of the arms i have also went to the body section thinkinking i could nlook under the windshield replasement section and maybe get the info i need but there seems to be a glitch there also(maybe on my end?)it seems to me that to get access to the ww transmission or to at least inspect it i would have to do so threw the cowl but im not sure-i dont want to go prying on the ww arms to remove them and break something im amm now grabbing at straws any help would be appriciated thank you billy

I'm having trouble opening my 2000 FSM, but the 1999 should be the same. Check out page EL-174 for an illustration I think will help.
