So, has anyone ever removed/replaced the washer tank? Mine pours out any fluid onto the ground.

I think this has been a problem for a while, because the windshield has two noticeable etch marks from the previous owner.

So, how do I go about fixing it? Has anyone ever done a write-up? I can't find one on Nico or TT.net or Youtube.. Sigh...
