Windshield Washer Tank leak?

This morning, I saw a leak coming from a hole located in front of the passenger's side front wheel. This hole is near the front bumper. I've noticed when I stick my hand in the hole that there are two tubes shown in the video below. What do you guys think? Thanks!

Sorry I missed this- did you get this figured out? I think that you may be right that it's the 2+2 style washer fluid reservoir in there, possibly a split hose or broken fitting causing the leak?

A faulty motor on the tank was causing the leak.Now that the motor has been replaced, all is good.
